North Yorkshire Hockey Development Group, appoints coaches, managers and administrators to organise and run all the JDC and JAC hockey activity in the County.
Junior Development Centres (JDCs) and Junior Academy Centres (JACs) are the local training centres for U13 to U17 age groups and represent the next level on the pathway to elite hockey above that provided by a club or school.
JDCs can be accessed through nominations from schools, clubs or coaches, with JACs open to any hockey player who has been nominated by a Junior Development Centre (JDC) coach.
North Yorkshire Hockey Development Group is now recruiting for new coaches to help deliver the JDC and JAC activity for 2013/14 and we would be very interested in hearing from any qualified coach who may be interested in taking part. Whether you’re a fully qualified and experienced coach who may wish to take charge of a whole age/gender group side, or someone who is willing to offer their services occasionally when time permits, or whether you’re new to coaching and would appreciate gaining some experience working alongside other experienced coaches. All situations are welcomed.
Suitable remuneration may be provided. Evidence of a current CRB, First Aid and Insurance may need to be supplied depending on the position.
